In an unprecedented show of confidence in Locations SIX Line Production Companies Participated of which Five had been to the Event for more than Three Years.
Locations 2014 got off to flying start Inaugurated by Chairperson of Fiji Films Ms Shaenaz Voss, Fiji Films is the Main Sponsor of Locations Exhibition for the Sixth Consecutive Year. The meet had an attendance of over 150 production Houses from Mumbai with Eight Countries.
Other Sponsor to Locations was Oman Tourism and Tourism Malaysia.

Locations Exhibition Conference, The World’s First Film Tourism Event in its 11th Annual Edition held on the 27th 28th September 2013 at the Tulip Star Hotel , Juhu, Mumbai got off to a Flying start . Inaugurated by Mr T P Agarwal – The First Vice President FIAPF and the President of IMPPA (Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association) the country’s oldest and the Largest Base of Producers as Members (Over 6000 numbers) and Publisher of Block Buster India’s Only Film Trade Journal with an Over 5000 Subscription.
Locations Exhibition Conference, based on the Concept of “Films are Catalyst to Tourism” endeavors to bring together the Two Industries – Film and Tourism under One Roof, for symbiotic benefits. The Indian Films growing need of New Locations and the Effect these Destinations have on the potential Indian Traveler. The Buyers attendance had grown considerably from previous years (2012 saw 270 Production Houses in attendance while 2013 had 300 plus )almost a 15 0% Growth including the Top 50 Film and TV Production Houses In Mumbai.
Locations Exhibition Conference was followed by now an Annual Feature again the “Locations Awards” a tribute to the Efforts of the various Tourism Authorities and Film Commissions to bring the Indian Film Shoots to their Shores and the Efforts of Indian Filmmakers to High Light these Locations to the Best of Their abilities to Create an Impact on the Indian Audiences which can Effect the Choices of the Indian Traveler.

Mr Yash Chopra, who was Felicitated for his Life Time Contribution to Indian Cinema , 80 Years of age and Six Decades in the Indian Film Industry with Over 100 Productions under the Banner of YRF and averaging more than 75% as Hits.
Mr T P Agarwal,
Mr Manmohan Shetty , Ex Chairman of National Film Development Corporation and Big Films , Now a 50% Equity Holder in Spielberg’s Dream Works.
Added to these Seniors of the Industry were Anees Bazmee India’s Highest Remunerated Film Director with over a Dozen Super Hits in less than a Decade along with Kabir Khan the Director of the Present Blockbuster “ Ek Thaa Tiger “
The second day concluded with presentation by the Sponsors, Fiji, Oman, Philippines and Zagreb.

A Report on Locations Exhibition Conference, the 9th Annual Edition, Locations Awards 2011.
Locations Exhibition Conference the 9th Annual Edition was held successfully on 7th, 8th October at the Novotel, Mumbai. India.
Locations 2011 got off to a fine start and was well received by both Industries Tourism and Indian Film. It kick started in Presence of Mr. T. P. Aggarwal Sr. Vice President - FIAPF Chairman - FFI Film Federation of India (The Parent Body for All Indian Film Organizations) and President - IMPPA (Indian Motion Picture Producers Association, India’s Oldest Producers Organization. 75 Years).
The Inauguration was done at 11:30am on the 7th Oct. Morning followed by a Tea Break.
Post Tea Break was a Presentation by the Platinum Sponsors of Locations 2011 -
HNTO - The Hungarian National Tourist Office. The session included a Q & A session on Hungarian Locations and Available Support and Subsidies.
Post Presentation the Exhibition Opened at 12:30pm followed by Lunch.
